Timberline 9.2
J&S Construction uses the very latest Timberline Gold line of construction accounting software.  This software integrates with Timberline Estimating software used to develop project budgets.  Timberline Gold enables J&S Construction to track labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs by each line item of its estimates.  This data is fed back into the estimating system to provide constant refinement of estimate numbers.  This is just one more way that J&S Construction works to continually provide clients with the best price for their projects.

Timberline - Precision Estimating and Primavera Scheduling
The estimating system at J&S is the beginning of a fully integrated computer system.  J&S Construction uses Timberline's Precision Extended Estimating system which is considered to be the premier construction estimating software in the industry.  J&S has been using this software since 1994, and has fully integrated the construction scheduling system with the Precision Estimating system.  J&S uses Primavera Project Planner in conjunction with Suretrack Project Manager to schedule all construction projects, large or small.  By having a fully integrated estimating and scheduling system our business development staff and estimators are able to keep their promises of both budget and time.
