J&S Construction has completed its second airplane hangar located at the Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Nashville, Tenn. J&S led the design-build team during construction of this 43,075 square-foot facility which consists of a 30,125 square-foot hangar, 12,950 square-foot office space, maintenance area, garage, kitchen, storage, conference rooms, fuel farm and 1,850 square feet of covered parking.
Equipment Maintenance and Supply Complex
Size: over 49,000 sq. ft.
Owner: US Army Corps of Engineers
J&S Construction has completed construction of the $13 million Equipment Maintenance and Supply Complex for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This complex consists of six new buildings as well as additions to two existing structures, which total over 49,000 square feet of construction.

Nashville Hangar Project - International Airport (BNA)

J&S Construction Company, Inc. led the design-build team consisting of Michael Brady Inc., CHC Mechanical and Clinton Engineering on this 24,000 square-foot airplane hangar for two internationally famous country music stars at the Nashville International Airport. The project consisted of a 16,000 square-foot hangar, office space, maintenance garage, kitchen, site work, parking, storage, bunk rooms and fuel farm.
Kerr Wildlife Management Area Conference Center
Size: 4,433 sq. ft.
Owner: Texas Parks and Wildlife
This 4,433 square-foot facility is designed for use as a conference and visitor center for the Kerr Wildlife Management Area Refuge. The design process began in 2007, with construction beginning in 2008.
Cameron Parish Revitalization
Size: 42,612 sq. ft.
Owner: U.S. Department of Interior, Fish & Wildlife Services
This 42,612 square-foot project included design-build complexes consisting of maintenance buildings, storage facility, boat storage, visitor centers, bunk house, fire hall, renovation of existing office building and new office building.
